Qred appoints Rebekah Pearson-Nelson as new HR Manager

13 May 2019 – Qred, the leading alternative small business lender in the Nordics, is pleased to announce Rebekah Pearson-Nelson as its new HR Manager. Pearson-Nelson’s primary responsibilities include talent acquisition and retention, employer branding, recruiting processes and HR policy implementation, across Qred’s present operations in 4 markets.

Pearson-Nelson has extensive experience from operative and strategic levels within IT, technology, and gaming startups and scaleups. She has helped manage and build people and culture departments at King, Electronic Arts, Tobii, NTT Security, Nielsen, and others, in roles such as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Recruitment Specialist. Before joining Qred, Pearson-Nelson was Head of People & Culture at New Innovation Management.

Pearson-Nelson has a Master of Arts degree from Linköpings University in Human Resources Management and Development, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ohio University, and is proficient in several Nordic languages.
